David Swain of Polymath Business Systems is a certified member of the Apple Consultants Network and has been helping people make more effective use of their Macintosh investment since the beginning in 1984. He has a good working relationship with the Apple Store at the Rockingham Mall in Salem, NH. You were probably sent to this site and to this survey form by someone at that store who gave you his business card. We have been made aware that there are many Macintosh owners in the New England area that are too far from an Apple Store to casually drop in and attend seminars or get other help with their systems. We are prepared to help, but we can only do so by learning who those customers are. For reasons of customer privacy, the Apple Store cannot simply tell us who might need this aid. Together, we conceived of this survey as a way for you to inform Polymath of your existence and of your areas of interest or need.

What we hope to accomplish is to find clusters of users with similar needs for training or other assistance that we can offer. If we can do this, then we can organize seminars, classes and workshops in your area to help you get more out of your Mac while keeping the price per person low. We cannot just offer classes blindly and hope that enough people will come to make it worth our while. This must be a cooperative and coordinated effort between you and us so that we can all benefit.
